I read my sister's copy of that book, in paperback. I doubt that you'll find it free on-line to read, but you could surely locate it on ebay or at http://www.amazon.com for an inexpensive price -- Amazon usually has links to used copies of books. The paperback would not cost very much. It's a great period rock and roll memoir, well worth buying! I really enjoyed it!
Addendum: Actually, I just checked Amazon, and the book is available there, but the prices are outrageous!
I also tried ebay; it's available there, too; one offer is about $20 + shipping at a "Buy it now" price.
